The largest conference for security and law enforcement professionals in the Northeastern United States, the ASIS New York City Security Conference & Expo held April 27-28 at the Javits Center, NYC, attracted a total registered attendance of 4,802—a 41% increase over 2015 numbers. Security practitioners, corporate decision-makers, and law enforcement personnel from 33 states and 22 countries participated in the two-day event.
Hosted by the ASIS NYC Chapter, the 26th annual conference and expo offered two days of education, including a track dedicated to antiterrorism as well as networking events and a jam-packed exhibits floor. Traffic throughout both days was heavy and steady.
