The Background

Reston Limousine and Travel Services (Reston Limousine) is the largest limousine and shuttle service in the Great Washington DC area, the largest luxury transportation service in Virginia, and among the Top-10 in North America.
The Challenges

As a rapid growing company, Reston Limousine feels the pressure of managing growth, including the high demand of viewing various operational and financial information in real-time basis by various people in the company. Reston Limousine has been using a third party scheduling, dispatching, and accounting application called Livery Coach Software. While Livery Coach is a great tool for detailed tracking and management of vehicle, ordering, customer, and dispatching, it lacks flexible and comprehensive dashboarding, reporting, and presentation features. Reston Limousine's management team, lead by General Manager Tony Simon, was looking for a software solution that is easy to use, flexible, and powerful to help their management team and operational team quickly view key financial and operational metrics at-a-glance without any IT support. The management team wanted to gain visibility into their business on a real-time basis, hold their line-of-business managers accountable in real-time, and gain a competitive advantage. They talked to various software vendors and system integrators, but none of them could meet their requirements for ease-of-use, time-to-market, flexibility, cost, and functionality.
The Solution

After extensive research of the various alternatives on the market, Reston Limousine decided to deploy SitScape's Situational Dashboard Software to address their challenges.
